The concept for the proposed 31^stAvenue Apartment complex situates 48 apartment units in three separate buildings around a central community courtyard.  Parking will be located around the perimeter of the buildings.  Three separate pedestrian entryways direct tenants from the parking area to the private inner courtyard.  Amenities in the courtyard such as a planned garden and sitting space with shade trees and a meandering pathway are designed to help foster a shared sense of belonging for residents.  Four open stair towers allow efficient access from the central space to upper-level units.  The project has been permitted through the City of Arlington.  Construction is planned for the Spring/Summer of 2019.
