Leschi House

  • Residential

This project involved the design of a new residence on a steeply sloped triangular shaped lot. Because the eastern portion of the property drops precipitously, that side of the house has been designed to conform to the site topography. Large windows maximize views of Lake Washington and Mount Rainier and ALSO allow for the penetration of natural light to the interior. Work performed as a project manager at Geise Architects.
