The project included a master plan for 25 new buildings with retail, office, restaurant and residential uses on a 30 acre site in the City of Mill Creek. The challenge was to create a new downtown nexus in a suburban neighborhood. Work performed as a project manager at Tiscareno Associates. Building area: 475,000 square feet.
