The project involved the addition of a new four story, 16 unit apartment building to an existing multifamily development in Mountlake Terrace. The new building has 14,500 square feet of living area with one, two and three bedroom units. The site accommodates the necessary parking and the new design includes a network of pedestrian friendly pathways to connect the new and existing development to the surrounding neighborhood and the city transit system. The project was completed in the spring of 2014.
