The 24 unit Haller Apartment project is currently being designed and engineered for the Old Town Business District in Arlington, Washington. The apartments will be located on three stories over a single level of underground parking. The traditional style of the building is intended to be a good fit with the exiting urban context of the downtown city core. Construction is planned for the summer of 2015.
